These terms cover your use of zenopentest.com. By using the site you accept them.

Engagements need their own written agreement

Services described on this site are scopes for discussion, not offers. Every engagement is governed by a separate written proposal and agreement that sets out the contracting parties, scope, methods, schedule, deliverables, fees, retest terms, confidentiality and liability. If anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement applies.

Sending an enquiry does not create an engagement, a contract or any obligation on either side. We may decline any enquiry.

No permission to test

Nothing on this site, and no enquiry, form submission, email or call, authorises any security testing. Testing starts only after the owner of each system has given signed, written authorisation for the agreed scope, methods and dates. Do not ask us to test a system you do not own or are not authorised to commission testing for.

Testing this website

Do not probe, scan, load-test or attempt to exploit zenopentest.com or its forms without our written permission. If you believe you have found a security issue on this site, email [email protected] with a short description and do not access data that is not yours.

Examples on this site are synthetic

Findings, requests, responses, walkthroughs, the sample report and any other worked examples are synthetic. They use fictional organisations and documentation domains such as example.com, and they do not describe a real assessment, client, vulnerability or outcome.

No guarantee, certification or attestation

A penetration test examines an agreed scope at a point in time. It cannot show that a system is free of vulnerabilities. Nothing on this site, and no report we issue, is a certification, attestation, audit opinion or guarantee that a system is secure or that you will pass a customer review, a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit, or any other assessment. A report can be evidence that an auditor or customer may choose to review.

Information only

Guides, checklists, methodology pages and the glossary are general information. They are not legal, compliance or security advice for your situation, and they may be out of date. Standards and third-party frameworks are named for reference; we do not claim any endorsement by their owners.

Credentials, team members, partners, prices, timings and retest terms are shown only where confirmed. Anything marked as being confirmed is not an offer until it appears in a signed agreement.

Your enquiries

Keep enquiries high level. Do not send credentials, customer data, deal documents or vulnerability details through the forms or by unsolicited email. If sensitive material is needed to scope an engagement, we will agree a secure route and any confidentiality terms with you first. The privacy notice explains how enquiry details are handled.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design, the ZenoPentest name and the Zeno family marks belong to Zeno Ventures Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own reference with attribution. Do not copy, republish or reuse them commercially without written permission.

Links to other sites

Links to standards bodies, tools and other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Zeno Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, including indirect or consequential loss. Liability for an engagement is set only by the agreement for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Changes apply from that date to your later use of the site.
